Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

We don't take payment online. Add the pieces you love to your bag and send it to us as an enquiry — we'll reply with availability, shipping to your country and how to pay.

Question 2

Why can't I pay on the website?

Accepted Answer

We keep every order personal. Writing to us first means we can confirm the colour you want is on the shelf, suggest the right size for your hair and quote shipping to your door before anything is paid.

Question 3

Are the prices and stock levels up to date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prices and stock on every product page come straight from our inventory. Popular colours can sell quickly, so we confirm availability in our reply.

Question 4

A colour I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Accepted Answer

Some do. Use “Ask us about a restock” on the product page and we'll tell you whether and when it's coming back.

Question 5

Do you ship to my country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and any duties depend on your country; we'll confirm both before you pay.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on where you are. We give you a delivery estimate for your country in our reply, before you pay.

Question 7

Will I pay customs duties?

Accepted Answer

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. We'll tell you what to expect for your country before you pay.

Question 8

Which clip is right for my hair?

Accepted Answer

Every clip is graded for fine, medium or thick hair. Start with the hair filter in the shop, or tell us about your hair and we'll recommend a few.

Question 9

What are the clips made of?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the piece. Each product page lists its materials under “Materials & care”, and we're happy to tell you more about any of them.

Question 10

How do I look after them?

Accepted Answer

Each product page has care notes for its material. In general, wipe clips with a soft, dry cloth and keep them away from heat-styling tools.

Question 11

Can I stock your clips in my shop?

Accepted Answer

We'd love to hear from boutiques, salons and concept stores. Tell us a little about your shop and we'll send our wholesale range and terms.
